I love spidertech and it works well. Unfortunately this product takes another person to apply it.

I tried the ankle tape twice. It seemed to help with my foot and shin pain the first time but not the second time. I am going to order some more and try it again.

Application instructions are easy to understand, easy to follow band there are step by step videos available as well. Only getting one day wear, not the three + advertised,as the product does not remain adhered to the bottom of the foot. The other areas it sticks as advertised.

This tape works very well. Helped a lot with my foot pain and I felt my posture getting better since I wasn't distributing weight abnormally on my feet. The tape didn't fully stick though and started coming off immediately in one place. After cutting that part off, the remaining tape worked fine
